Full pay restoration for junior doctors in England

Junior doctors across England voted overwhelmingly in support of industrial action in the fight for full pay restoration. Our action is shifting the dial and the Government have shown signs of movement. However, their refusal to negotiate in good faith has shown us that the only way to win full pay restoration is through strike action. It's important we keep up the fight and extend our mandate for strike action.

Our message is loud and clear. Junior doctors are not worth over 26% less than we were a decade ago.

We deserve full pay restoration.
